Telephone features - access from your handset.

  • Ring Groups: Extensions can be configured to ring at the same time with any number of users included in any number of groups. This feature enables you to direct calls to the correct department or skill set improving customers service.
  • Distributed Ring Groups: Regardless of location or device users can be part of an incoming group, a user working from home can be in the same group as users in the office or even users connecting with their smartphones via WI-FI.
  • Call Pickup & Group Pickup: Users can pick up calls that are ringing on another group or extension other than their own.
  • Call Hold & Transfer: Enables you to transfer calls between extensions either blind (just passes the call through) or announced (allows the caller to be announced to the transferee). Calls can be transferred either internally or to any outside number.
  • Call Park: Allows callers to be placed in "parking slots" to be picked up by another extension or to be parked in times of busy call traffic.
  • Personalized Music on Hold: You can replace the default hold music with your own choice or marketing message.
  • CLIP - Caller Line ID Presentation: Displays the incoming telephone number or directory name on the screen of the phone, internal calls will display the user name. 
  • Outgoing Caller Line Identity: Users can present one of their allocated telephone numbers on outbound calls including 0800 or 0843/4/5 numbers allowing callers to return missed calls to a specific user or ring group.
  • Call Waiting with Caller ID: If a user is on a call and another caller is trying to contact them the second call is displayed on the phone handset, users can "toggle" between calls after answering the second call.
  • Do Not Disturb: Users can place their extensions into do not disturb (DND) meaning that callers will either be redirected to another extension or voice-mail.
  • Voice-Mail: You can record separate messages to play when your are unavailable, busy or on another call. Calls left on the user's voicemail can be sent to your email address and played via any media player.
  • Voice-Mail Message Indicator: Displays a lamp on your phone to advise you that someone has left a message, messages are replayed by simply pressing the button.
  • Call Diversion: Calls can be redirected to another extension or even an external telephone number.
  • Follow Me: Calls can be routed to any number of extensions or external numbers until picked up, if the call is not answered it will routed to another ring group or voicemail depending on your requirements.
  • Auto-Attendant: Allows callers to select from their telephone keypad the department or service that they require; press 1 for sales, press 2 for support or press 3 for accounts for example.
  • Call Recording: Users can record conversations during an active call from the keypad of their phone.
  • Call Conferencing: Call conferences can be created from the keypad of your desk phone or mobile app. Standard user conferencing allows ad-hoc sessions of upto 5 participants with each being invited in by the user.
  • DDI - Direct Dial Inwards: The system enables individual users, departments or groups to be allocated specific numbers.
